Project  “The competence of employees  – a path to success”

Knowing how to transform the human potential in added value of the company is a key factor of the success. Therefore, in order to meet the dynamic changes in the market, as well as taking care of continuous development and improvement of the competence of our employees, we joined the project “The competence of employees – a path to success”, financed by the European Union under the European Social Fund. This project was run in the period from 01.12.2013 to 28.02.2015. and consists of a series of various trainings including, among others managerial competence and quality improvement, improvemet of communication skills, personal development, professional and IT skills trainigs, closely related to the specifics of work in the furniture industry as well as foreign language trainings.
